A Contemporary Comparison!!

Well, its not for the first time this comparison is made. This comparison is the fanfare of the century.
"Don Bradman is Don Bradman of his time, but not Sachin Tendulkar of this modern era."
Check out Sir Don's career stats right here:
http://www.bradman.com.au/sir-donald-bradman_career-statistics.aspx
Don Bradman is a match winner for Tests. In the mid 40's if its something related to cricket then it is Sir Don. However Sachin Tendulkar may not be necessarily claimed as "match winner". Although he  has got only one WC for his country with 6 appearances, Sachin is regarded as the "God of Cricket". If you  are new to this topic we can go ahead by this way:

Trailer :
a. Sachin cannot be completely called as "a match winner".
b. Sachin did not get the WC for his team at the age of 17 just like Pele  did  for his team.
c. Maradona and Pele are legendary futballers of all time. They have got the WC for their country what sachin failed for five times.

Having not achieved the above points, then why is he regarded as the "God of Cricket"??
Well the first and the foremost answer from Richie Benaud- The Legendary Australian Cricket Analyst:(also played with Don Bradman -the other side of this blog)

"Don't use World Cup as an yardstick to measure Sachin's talent after all WC is just like other matches out of his 442 matches.....he is a master and genius" (most appearance by any batsman).

Sachin is known for the following :
a. Sachin Tendulkar is known for his "purest batting techniques".
b. Regarded as "The complete batsman" and the most "worshipped cricketer of all time".
c. His batting techniques are economical. This means with minimum input he gets the maximum output, thereby satisfying the "Theory of Efficency" - A scientific approach!
d. He is the highest run getter in cricket of all time, in all forms of the game. The most number of fours by any batsman. It sums up more than 3500 (tests+ODI+T20), which is considered to be the unbeatable record for this century.
e. There is no apparent weakness in Tendulkar's game. He can score all around the wicket of both front foot and back foot, and can score in any ground and in any condition.
